Dr Aminath Shausan
Research Associate
Queensland University of Technology
My research focus is on statistical and probability modelling and analysis of epidemics. I am currently investigating Bayesian statistical modelling of dengue patient data.
My undergraduate study is about mathematics and computer science. My masters thesies is about application of degree theory for existence of solution to ODEs. Phd is about modelling and analyses of epidemics using Markov chain theory. Both my masters and Phd degrees are from the University of Queensland, Australia.
I am equally competent with coding in R, Matlab, Stan.
