Laurence has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Engineering Hons Class 1 from the University of New South Wales. With a background in Bayesian inversion theory and data assimilation in the fields of geophysics and remote observing systems, Laurence's research projects currently focus on Bayesian methods for model inference in geophysics.
