Measuring and demonstrating the impact of your research is increasingly important for your career and required by funding bodies and universities. This workshop will explore current approaches, available tools, and you'll hear from the Australian Research Council about how to approach this challenge.
The second half of the day will be a practical session working on the development of open source tools for researchers to measure, summarise and communicate the impact of their research. See the GitHub page for open source tools others have suggested, or to add your own.
