Modern Statistical Methods for Sports Research Workshop

ACEMS, in collaboration with the Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) and the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS), is hosting a two day event on maths and stats for sports research.

The aim of the workshop is to share knowledge and identify current challenges in sports research that could be addressed through collaborations between Australian sports researchers and mathematicians/statisticians. 

Day 1 (Feb 22nd): Short Course - Modern Methods in Sports Statistics 

(Target audience: Sports Researchers)

Day 2 (Feb 23rd): Case Workshop - Challenges and Opportunities for Applying Methods for Sporting Populations; N=1, N = 10, N = Big Data
