Awesome Reproducible Science with R

When:

Wednesday, 17 August, 6 pm

Where:

Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Gardens Point Campus, P417

Coinciding with National Science Week, the theme of this meetup will be aspects of R that support reproducible science. We will explore RMarkdown for combining code and written analysis, devtools for turning your code into an installable package, and other reproducibility tips and tricks.

These ideas and tools go beyond science: forward thinking companies are beginning to see benefits from applying them in their own contexts.

Students, Researchers and Industry are all welcome. It’s a casual and supportive group for anyone interested in developing their skills in R.

ACEMS is a proud sponsor of this event, which is hosted by the Brisbane Users of R Group (BURGr)
